Multivac T300 automatic traysealer

This Multivac T300 is an automatic traysealer. Thanks to the compact dimension of this machine it can be placed in small production area’s/ facilities. Although the machine is compact it is very capable of reaching high capacity numbers. Plug and play machine with build-in vacuum pump. Capable of MAP packing and SKIN-packing. The machine works fully automatic with a build-in Busch R5 100 m3/h vacuum pump installed. The machine will work fully automatic, the only manual process is adding the trays with product to the in-feed conveyor belt of the machine. The Multivac will automatically move the trays to the mould where the tray will be packed and sealed. When this packing cycle has been finished the tray will automatically be move away from the mould creating space for the next trays. Setting up the program can easily be done on the very clear full coloured touch-screen. When a program has been made or adjusted this can be saved for the next time when the machine has been switched of.
